As noted in
last week's analysis, potential for development of Balance, 92.50s-96.50s,
existed this week, consistent with the phases of market development. The bulk
of this week's auction saw the development of the Balance and formation of a d
shape structure. Consistent with the phases of market development, the
completion of the d shape implied the potential for directional activity. The
directional activity began in Thu's auction resulting in price discovery higher
into Low Usage Resistance overhead. Focus on potential for continued price
discovery higher toward the Major Structural Resistance Cluster, 97s-98.50s,
overhead.
